Privacy Policy
SnapyLoader is privacy-first by design. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, what we don't, and how long anything we touch sticks around.

1. Overview
SnapyLoader (“SnapyLoader,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at snapyloader.com and the related Snapchat downloading service (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.
By using SnapyLoader you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Information we don’t collect
We have built the Service so that the following are never collected:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials.
- The Snapchat URLs you paste into the downloader.
- The contents of the videos, images, or audio you download.
- A persistent profile of your activity across sessions or devices.
- Any data sold or shared with advertising networks for retargeting.
3. Information we do collect
To keep the Service running, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations, we briefly process a small amount of technical data:
- Request metadata. Your IP address, user agent, and timestamps for individual requests. This is used solely for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and capacity planning.
- Aggregate usage counts. Anonymous totals such as “number of downloads in the last hour” that contain no identifiers tied to you.
- Diagnostic logs. Error traces that may include the path of a failed request but not the original Snapchat URL or any downloaded content.
4. How we use information
- To deliver, secure, and maintain the Service.
- To detect and block automated abuse, scraping, and spam.
- To investigate technical problems reported by users.
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
5. Cookies and local storage
SnapyLoader does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use a small amount of local storage in your browser to remember UI preferences (for example, the last format you selected). You can clear this at any time from your browser settings without affecting the Service.
6. Data retention
Downloaded media is processed in-memory and stored on our edge servers only as long as needed to deliver it to you. All temporary files are automatically deleted within 30 minutes. Request logs used for abuse prevention are rotated and discarded within 14 days.
7. Third-party services
SnapyLoader uses a small number of infrastructure providers (a content delivery network, a hosting provider, and a DNS provider) to deliver pages and files. These providers process traffic strictly to operate the Service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
We do not embed third-party advertising trackers, social pixels, or cross-site analytics on the Service.
8. Your rights
Because we do not maintain user accounts or persistent profiles, there is generally no personal data tied to you for us to look up, export, or delete. If you believe we still hold information about you, you can contact us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws — including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
SnapyLoader is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
10. International users
If you access SnapyLoader from outside the country where our servers are located, your request data may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
12. Contact us
