1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SnapyLoader (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
SnapyLoader is a free, browser-based tool that lets you save publicly available Snapchat content — including Spotlight clips, public Stories, and clips on public profiles — to your own device. The Service is provided on an as-is basis and may evolve, expand, or be reduced over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Permitted use
- Use SnapyLoader for personal, non-commercial purposes such as archiving your own posts, building moodboards, or referencing public content for editing inspiration.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the original creators of any clip you download.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using the Service.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to download private, age-restricted, or otherwise non-public content.
- Republish, monetise, or redistribute downloaded content in a way that violates the rights of the original creator or applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest the Service via bots, headless browsers, or other automated means.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service attempts).
- Use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual property
SnapyLoader does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the Service. All Snapchat content remains the property of its original creators and rights holders. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any downloaded content complies with the rights of those parties.
The SnapyLoader name, logo, website, and underlying software are owned by SnapyLoader and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.
7. Snapchat trademark disclaimer
SnapyLoader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Snap Inc. “Snapchat” and related marks are trademarks of Snap Inc. References to Snapchat on this site are descriptive and used solely to indicate compatibility.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SnapyLoader does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific Snapchat link will successfully download.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapyLoader and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapyLoader and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your downloaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to other users, creators, or our infrastructure.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring an action in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, see our Privacy Policy or reach out via the contact channel published in the website footer.
